It is officially 12 days till I leave to Seoul, South Korea. I am doing my travel packing list. You always want to make your check list a few days ahead so if you are missing something you can get it without being at the airport or at your destination and being like well that would be nice to have :D
Here's a few random tips I'm thinking of as I'm making my list:
Note:
Always bring twice the amount of clothes you will be needing.
If you will be wearing a uniform, I recommend bringing 7 outfits of casual clothing and 4 formal outfits. You never know what can happen or if you will be doing other things that do not require you to wear your uniform. Trust me you dont want to be the ONLY one wearing your uniform at the Board Dinner or have no clothes on laundry day. :D
A Tiny Tip for on the Plane:
We are no longer allowed to bring water bottles on the plane, so I usually bring an empty coffee mug to keep water in, but if you forget this or do not want to lug around a water bottle, here is a tip, I unfortunately often get a dry nose on the plane, which is really uncomfortable (this comes from being dehydrated) to avoid this always drink a lot of water before and during the plane ride. It sucks to have to go to the bathroom a lot but comparing it to a dry nose it isnt a bother really. Avoid drinking alcohol and coffee, they make you dehydrated.
For extreme cases you a saline nasal spray.
ps.
Sleeping pills are a God send on airplanes ![]()
